Someone please help. I recently did a software upgrade via my phone (Curve 9330) and now my email accounts both state they need validation. When I try, it gives me the message "Sorry we are unable to continue your session. Please log in again". BOTH PASSWORDS ON THE ACCOUNTS ARE CORRECT. I'm making no errors. I've gone in to the business account and the AOL account and used passwords from the laptop so I know they are correct. I've done a soft reset, I've done everything I can think of. Please help. It gives me no option to add a new email account, or to delete both existing. Help is appreciated.
