I live in Madison, WI - on the west side of the city. It's a relatively busy area, less than a mile from the mall, the Verizon store, and most of the local businesses.
My signal strength has never been great at my home - inside, outside... pretty much everywhere within a few blocks of home. Recently it has become so poor that I cannot even make a call. The dropped calls due to signal being lost was bad enough, but now it won't even stay on long enough to order a pizza, or make a 911 emergency call.
This is a very irritating issue that occurs not just with my phone, but with any friends and family with the Verizon network that are visiting. I was wondering if this has been reported, and what action I should take to get this looked into. Thanks!
