Voicemail Notification Light

Hello - I have been noticing the voice mail notification light (the green diode in the speaker grill) does not flash continuously for an unlimited time until I see the notification. 

 

I do not know how long it will continue to flash but it must be for about an hour. 

 

Does anyone know if there is a setting to have the notification keep flashing for an unlimited time?

I didn't think that it blinked for that long. I thought I read somewhere that it will blink for five minutes and then shut off until you turn on the screen again. At which point the LED light starts blinking again.

You might have to try an application to get the desired results. Try searching the Android Market for Missed Call or No LED. From what I have read these applications and others like it will produce a repeated notification until you choose to clear the notification.
