Help Sending a photo from my Phone to Online Album

Hello –

I have a Samsung phone. How can I transfer the pics I take with my phone to my Online album?

Here is what I’m doing with no success:

Phone:
Click into my photo -> Options -> Send -> To Online Album: Messages states 100% complete and sent

I then logon to verizonwireless.com with my phone number and go: “My Verizon” -> “Manage Online Media Storage” and it brings up V Cast Media Manager. I cannot see any of my pics there and I’ve tried it 10+ times. I have 1KB of 500mb used.

Can someone help me understand what I’m doing wrong?

AHA!! Each phone number has it's OWN MyVerizon account and online album storage. What you'll need to do is make sure that you are totally logged out of your wife's account.

Then go to verizonwireless.com, and click on REGISTER. Use your phone number to set up a username and password. If you get a message that it is already registered, then you'll need to clear the history and cache before trying to set it up, as it is saving the previous log in information and thinks you are still logged in as your wife. Better yet, use a different browser at least to set up the second number with it's own account.

Then you will be able to view the pix sent from your phone number.

Try this:

Log on as you normally do, but instead of going to Online Media Storage, go to Send a Picture/Video (not very intuitive, I know). Then you will have an area called Uploads, and your pix should be in there.

You may have someone give you more detailed information if you let us know what kind of phone you have.

In My Verizon, even if you have a Family Plan, each number can have it's own MyVerizon account. You would have to sign up each line individually. Have you signed up each line? You will have to have a different log in for each line. This MAY be why you are not seeing anything.
