So now that my hubby is using my TB he is having more problems... But the main thing that is bugging him is when he is in 4G. Where he works is all most all 4G service, and when the phone switches to 3G the call drops. OVER AND OVER!!! This is the 2nd replacement phone in about a weeks times b/c of this and a few other issues.
Verizon says this is a new issue.... Surely not! I don't buy for one minute this isn't an unknown issue... So can someone help? I don't think getting another replacement will fix it.
