For some reason, when the phone rings there is supposed to be a text icon above the phone icon. I don't have it. I really like the feature of being able to respond with pre-written texts if I can answer the phone.
What can I do to turn on the text icon feature? I couldn't find any information in the user manual or anything in settings other than the quick responses that you can send.
Any idea why the icon isn't appearing and how to fix that?
