The answer is yup its a data phone. an a question why would you want a sprint phone an use it on verizon's service the radio frequencies are different on sprints phones an really would'nt work that good on verizons towers as our phones do. an verizon has many good phone to choose from but even if you choose a smartphone or a verizon premier phone you'll have to have some kind of Data plan. An the phone you was wanting from sprint my nephew had one an he hated it. but the Dog he like it an got a hold of it. the phone did'nt last to long. so my nephew got a new phone an the dog got a kick in the --- you know were.
