Alias 2 charged but keeps turning off

Is it time for a new battery, although it looks like it's charged.  I can keep turning it back on, make calls or text.  But leave it alone for a minute and off it goes.  have had it 2 years.

Is the battery fitting tightly in the battery compartment? Is there dust or debris on the contacts? Try cleaning out the battery compartment and contacts with a Q-tip and see if that improves performance.

You can also try a new battery; online accessory stores have them for very reasonable prices and a backup battery is never a bad idea. Just google your phone model for replacement batteries, and be sure to buy OEM.
