Every morning phone talks to me..something about VZ Navigator

Every morning @5:21 I am awaken by the phone talking to me about VZ Navigator. How do I make it stop!

You can remove that by going into the 'media center' then selecting 'browse & download'. Then you'll see a list of apps and VZ NAV should be in there, highlight it and rather than selecting 'ok' choose 'options' and then select the option to 'cancel, remove, delete' etc. It will completely remove that app from your phone. Hope this helps!
