Blackberry Curve

I have a blackberry Curve and have taken video with it but when I replay it I get an error message that says the format is invalid why?

What a pain! I would try making sure that the software on your Curve is up to date. Do this by going to settings>about>and third line down should give you a software version. Post back what it is.

The video may have also corrupted during the save process, which may rarely happen. Try making another video, pulling your battery, doing a hard reset and check your s/w as stated previously

I know there is a known issue with the Storm and videos being in 'invalid format', this is the first I have heard with the Curve. You can always check the forums @ www.crackberry.com to see if there are some answers there.
