Update problems

I recently was notified about an update on October 18th but decided to download it today in my free time. It didn't take very long and seemed very succesful until after the reboot. It said "The software update failed". I don't know what happened and if anyone does know what happened let me know any solutions.

zViiNz, I can certainly assist you with downloading the update. First, I would suggest making sure your battery is fully charged and you are in a good signal area. Try pulling your battery and then checking for the update by going to Settings<About< phone<Software update<Check New. If it still is not going thru, try connecting to a WiFi and seeing if it will go thru that way.
