LG Cosmos- Caller ID not working

I have an LG Cosmos phone that I purchased about 7 months ago. Everything has been going great except for whenever someone even on my contacts list calls me, it shows up as "No ID". Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Make sure you have the Caller ID feature set up properly in MyVerizon (or call Customer service so they can look at your account and make sure it's "turned on") There may also be a setting on your phone to enable caller ID to show....

Also, check to be sure your contacts all have the full 10-digit number listed, with no leading "1". Better yet, SAVE the contact from a phone call or text so there's no typing on your part to mess up!
