Replacement Phone for Droid 2 global

I currently have a Droid 2 global does not work anymore. The battery doesn't get a charge and when my phone was working it had several problems to where I had to constantly reset it. I wondering instead of getting another droid 2 global edition as replacement phone but get a Droid as a replacement phone.

If you do a warranty or insurance claim to get a replacement, you will get the same type of phone you currently have. You can look online at eBay or Craigslist for used phones to activate on your line without affecting your contract
