jj515789, I'm sorry your having issues with downloading your new software. I know this can be frustrating because new software can tackle some of the issues our customers have been dealing with and can now you and others can get relief. If your having trouble with the download, try clearing the cache, browser history, and temporary files on the phone. I will list steps below. Also ensure you power cycle periodically and try to download the new software.
