Camera Troubleshooting

I have all of the sudden started getting the following message when I tried to start up the camera on my phone: "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again." I do not have any other applications open. I have successfully taken pictures before. Any helpful ideas?

something might be hung up. Did you try a battery pull with the phone on?

Step 1: Remove the battery from the phone while the phone is on.
Step 2: Wait 20 seconds and turn phone back on.
Step 3. Dial *228 option 1 on the phone
Step 4: Test see if work.
