My basic icons at the bottom row of my home screen are: WiFi, Contacts, Email, Apps. How do I change WiFi icon to Dialer icon?
Add the dialer to your home screen & then drag it over top of the home screen icon you want to change.
or just Long Press on the WiFi icon that is there. A pop-up will comes up, select Short Cuts, scroll to DIALER and select it.
Also, if you flip the anchored icons left or right, you will be able to add five more anchored icons on both sides (10 in all). Just long press the cross and add any apps you want in its place.
