I receive the upgrade today. Everything was good for about 4 hours and now all (9,000 PLUS) of my text messages are gone. Has this been reported somewhere with a fix? If so could someone tell me where? Thank you.
go to the app store and find a free app called sms backup and restore. It saves SMS messages to card.
I know it's too late for that now, but you can use it in the future.
I've been using it for a while. I have had to swap out my fascinate many many times because that's verizon's solution to every problem.

Yes, the app is called SMS Backup & Restore.
You can do backups on demand or scheduled.
The icon is a yellow folder with envelopes on it in the upper left corner and a green refresh icon on the lower right.
