Seems like everyone has already received the software update that was rolled out in early August. I never got mine. What gives?
I can definitely understand how not getting the update can be frustrating, it took a while for me to get mine. The update is rolled out in batches so you will get it but it is only a matter of time before you get it. I hope this helps. Thanks.
Yes, I've tried to manually update and it tells me no update is available. I've also confirmed that I still have version 4.
