LG Cosmos 2 & backup assistant

when my backup assistant runs automatically on my Cosmos 2 late at night, it never exits automatically after it's finished.  i always wake up to a dimly lit screen that says i have to push end to exit the backup assistant process.  

 

this never happenend with my other phones which also used backup assistant.  is there a way i can change the phone or backup assistant so that it will automatically do its thing without having to be manually exited out of every morning when i get up?

You bring up a great point about the backup assistant notification on the device. Unfortunately, there is not a setting in backup assistant or the device that governs the notification. Have you tried to changed the time in which the sync takes place? There was an issue similar to yours on the Motorola Android devices. The solution that was discovered was to have the phone plugged into the charger overnight when the backup assistant update took place. You are welcomed to try this and see if the notification goes away. Once you have done so, please post your results as it may help others with a similar issue.
