Since I did the update on the operating system all my video text messages play green. You can hear the sounds in the background but only see green. I called Verizon and have found out the manufacturer needs to issue a patch. That's been 2 months. How long will this take? I have a phone that doesn't work properly. Has anyone else had this problem?
