Cosmos LG Touch Unwanted Messaages

I have no idea if I am doing this correctly or not. I have an LG Cosmos touch. I continually get messages trying to get me to get Bing on my phone or some other feature I do not want. Sometimes I am unable to get the slid bar to unlock the screen so I can stop it. I have been in a doctors office and have it come on and can't get it turned off and it is loud and intrusive. Two days ago I kept getting these messages most of the afternoon and it ran my battery down. Now I am beginning to lose battery power without using the phone. The light comes on many times for no reason. How the heck can I stop this?? Can anyone help me. Thanks :smileymad:

Thank you dor getting back to me. I had fogotten I posted this message. I was able to get to the Verizon store and they took care of the problem by taking off those features I did not want or use. Now I don't get some womans voice coming on my phone at 4;00am asking if I want a particular ap.
