First let me apologize if this is on the wrong forum. I have recently had a problem in being connected to the 3G/4G network. The Problem being that the little red and blue up and down arrows arent at the top of the screen. I'm pretty sure this is a new issue. Any help would b greatly appreciated. TIA!

TulaRN,  I can understand your frustration. The red and blue arrows signify your 4G connection. Depending on your area, your coverage could be fluctuating, which would account for the arrows appearing intermittently.
