I did something I'm not aware of on my Charge and all of my over three pages of apps suddenly appeared at once on the screen.
How did I do that?

Instead of seeing one page of apps, all 3+ screens of apps became grouped together on one screen. They were compressed so they could be all seen at once.

Ah, OK, that's a feature of the TouchWiz interface that allows you to view all home sceens at once. To repeat, run your fingers over any home screen in a "pinching" motion.
