Just got this error, first time since OTA last week

Same error received on Razr in Southeast Michigan. Tech support reporting large 4G LTE outage.
Same prob here in southern Illinois
VZW support said outage is fixed. Power off device for 30 seconds and then power back on. Issue should be fixed. If not, contact them again.
Same thing here in the Orlando, Fl. area. Powered down seems to be working
My Droid Razr has had the same error 3 times today. Reboot works as temporary fix it for now.
I have the same problem in Nothern California, Bay Area. I powered down and up and still cannot get 4g.
