Generic network failure msg...Please help

All of a sudden my phone just stopped sending picture messages. I keep getting a generic network failure message after my phone had made several attempts to send. I took the battery out and nothing. I have unlimited data on my phone. It doesn't work with or without wi fi on. I hadn't changed any settings on it when it stopped working. Can anybody help me???

I definitely can understand how this can be confusing. I’ve gotten that error on my phone before. The first measure I would take would be to enable/disable Air Plane mode on your phone. Also, do you have any problems sending picture messages? Are you in an extended network? Can you please provide your zip code? If you can answer these questions it will help me resolve your issue. Thanks.

Airplane mode is never on. How do I know if I am in an extended network? My zip is 89052. I also can not send picture messages at all. That's where I'm getting the generic network message from.
