Anyone having slow startup times?

My laptop starts-up faster.  What the hell?

 

it usually takes about 3-5 minutes for my Bionic to load up. I just see that stupid red eye character just churning. 

 

Anyone has suggestions to make my startup faster?

Thats not normal. Mine boots up right away, in around 15 seconds maybe 30 the most. If its taking longer, do a master reset. Make sure you are NOT using antivirus apps and launches that change the look of the home screens. I reoot my phone around 2 times a day because i swap batteries when I run out as I work 12 hr shifts.
