Yes, I hard reset. Yes, I've tried returning the device. Yes, I've tried it in multiple states all in locations that all have LTE. Yes, I have tried it on multiple machines. Yes, I have tried it in different WIFI modes. Yes, I have tried forcing LTE.
I've seen others having similar issues so I apologize for making another post. But it's just so **bleep** frustrating that there's still no firmware update to resolve the dormant issues as well as the 4g connection issues if you went into a 3g area.
Come on Verizon/Novatel! Give us a **bleep** firmware update already...
