I called Verizon Data tech who called HTC and as of a few minuties ago HTC has pulled the 4.08.605.2 update. Of course they do not have an ETA for when it will be resolved. So we have to deal with the buggy 4.06.605.3 update for now
I received 4.06 yesterday, 4.08 this morning. 4.08 seems to have fixed the display size (resolution) from 4.3 back to 3.7 and my "missing" apps are back. Sprint Market issue was not resolved. 4.06 caused a lot of the low memory issues but I have not had one since the update this morning.
