Blackberry Storm- Help me PLEASE!

I got my second blackberry stom TODAY.

I dropped the first one and screen broke.

But today i get my new one, and about an hour ago it was charging and i went to look at it and it was turned off. When i went to power it back up nothing happens, it showed the red light for a little bit. Then showed the white screen with the battery and a lighting bolt through it. But that just went off.

WHAT DO I DO??

please help meee.

well if u got the new one from verizon u should call tec and see if there is a problem with the phone or u can go into a store and see a tec rep and see if they can fix it for u sounds like a software problem

Also sounds like a bad battery. Have heard of this happening with replacement units sometime, it's just a fluke..... Have them pop another battery in and see if it will boot-up.
