I bought a Samsung Intensity II 10 days ago and overall I am very happy with it. I have been trying to check for software updates for a few days now with no luck. The screen saying "Connecting" comes up and runs for quite a few minutes, but it is never able to connect.
My software is V .u460.DJ11 and I believe there is a new version available, but I cannot connect to confirm that. Any thoughts?
