"Call from Dad" before ringtone plays.

Question

How do your enable the call readout before the rington plays,  It says "Call from (insert name or number here) then it plays your default ringtone.   This saves me time knowing who it is before i pull it out of my pocket, Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sure

Go to settings, call settings, and scroll down to caller ID read-out. From there, you can select how your caller ID works.
