Data Connection is slower than ever with new update

I updated my phone and now the data connections is slower then ever.  I have dial up speeds now.  Before, I used to avg 100-300  kbs based on speedtest.net and now I am lucky to hit 100 kbs.  Isnt 3G supposed to avg around at least 1-2 mbs?   Am I the only one with bad data connections/speeds on this phone.  I really like the phone but these data speeds are ridiculous when I am required to pay for 3G service that I am not getting.  My tmobile work bb gets better 3g service - stable connection and faster 3g. 

 

Before the update, I'v done multiple factory resets and that only helped for a day or two untill my connection slowed down to a crawl.again.   .

Zlee067, thank you for sharing your concerns about your data connection after the update. I agree, your connection speeds do seem to be slow. I checked and I am not showing any other reports of slow speeds after the update. I have an Incredible 2 and am not showing any differences. I just downloaded speedtest and ran a test. My download speeds were 2170 Kbps, upload 885Kbps. Is this issue with data just happening in one location or everywhere you use the phone? If everywhere, the phone may need to be replaced. If in one location, we can submit a trouble ticket for that location. Please PM me your name and number and current speedtest results if still having this issue.
