Casio Brigade - Phone Call Problem

I had just received my replacement Brigade and called someone to test it and they said I sound far away from the phone. This never happened with my original phone. I took off the back cover and they said I sounded a lot better. How do I fix this problem? Do I have to call Verizon again and have them send me another replacement?

Wow! What a horrible situation having audio issues with your replacement device. Let's look into this immediately. Does this happen on every call? Do you have a case on the device? If so remove the case and retest.

 

Please remove and reinsert the battery and retest. Does this also happen when the device is on speakerphone? Please also check that Bluetooth is disabled. Menu>Settings & Tools>Bluetooth.

 

Let me know if these steps fixed the issue, If not I will further troubleshoot with you.
