Linking Contacts after installing 4.5.605

Hi,
I can't seem to figure out how to link my contacts using the regular options after installing 4.5.605. There used to be an option when clicking the menu button when there was a contact open.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

which contacts are you triying to "sync" to the phone? Google? Facebook? You use MY ACCOUNTS in the Apps drawer to select which ones you want.

I am trying to link contacts; not sync them.

For example I have 1 facebook contact and 1 phone contact for the same person. There used to be a menu option to link contacts so that there would not be duplicate entries.

I cannot find this menu option anywhere now.
