(Samsung) Music Sync, Connect Failed?

Hey there,

 

Ok, so I have a Samsung alais2.  Last night I went out and left my phone at home.   When I came back it said "Connect Failed."  I opened it up and it was in the Music Sync menu.  I hadn't touched my phone for atleast 6 hours.  A little concerned someone might have hacked into it or is this something I could have hit without knowing?

Hi cgcgraded! I can understand your concern. Let me first say that no one has hacked into your phone. The "Sync Music" allows the phone to synchronize the phone with a PC in order to transfer music between the two. You normally only see it when the phone detects a connection to the PC via a USB cable, but sometimes that alert will appear on the display. I know this because both my wife and I used to have that phone and she saw it sometimes, too.
