Busy signal when calling numbers suddenly? Also spotty signal in house & dropped calls!
All of a sudden over the weekend, nobody in my household can dial two specific numbers in our contacts list. We had just used these numbers the day before on Saturday & Friday, also. When the numbers are dialed, we get a very fast busy signal. They numbers DONOT ring through first and then go to the busy signal, they just have a busy signal right off the bat. We have contacted Verizon technical, who has assigned us a ticket & flagged our phones, but nothing has changed or fixed the problem. They just say it is a routing issue. We know without a doubt that we have not been blocked out, as someone may suggest & I read online, when this happens, the line rings first then goes to the busy signal, which this is not the case. Anyhow, these numbers are very close family contacts, and since happening, we have still been in contact each day. Any solution as to how we can resolve this problem with our phones, we would be very thankful. We feel it is a Verizon issue, as for over a month now, we have had terrible service with Verizon, first time ever in all the years we have been with them! We use our phones exclusively in our home, and all of a sudden, we get spotty signals throughout the house, and most times end up going outside in the yard to talk, which is ridiculous to have to do at midnight! Even then, we still are getting tons of dropped calls! We never had this problem until about 4-6 weeks ago. Please help, ASAP! Thank you kindly!
