what can't I seem to start a video chat anywhere on my Nexus. Seems this was a well-advertised feature of this phone and now I can't seem to find any way to do it or any icon that will initiate a video chat
Google Talk and Google+. Your contact needs a Gmail address assigned.
As the other poster mention Google Talk and and Google+ would be your built-in options. There are also other appications that might be compatible as well. Tango, Skype and others like them on available on the Market.
