When I call a phone number from saved contacts, it displays the city and state below the contact name.  Can I turn that off?

Is this a new phone? If so, it's a free trial of an app called "City ID" - you can go to your apps and disable it and it will go away. After the free trial you will get an ad or two to buy it - you can just uninstall it if you don't want it.
