a little confused

I was recently looking around in my Android market on my HTC incredible when I noticed that I had a Sprint app box on my menu. Doesn't seem right being a Verizon phone.

There is a small software update that is being pushed out to fix that and other bugs. The latest software version starts with 4.08.
