Unfortunately, this is all in the early development phase. It'll be years until we see actual products made with this new technology.
Yes, it would be great to have smart phones like that of the Droid Charge to last all day on a single charge but what I really look forward to are higher capacity notebook computer batteries. Right now, in my Intel Core i7-equiped notebook I'm lucky I get an hour and a half from a full charge. Let me tell you... that sucks!
