Have been having problems with receiving duplicate text messages for several months and the customer service at the retail stores just keep telling me to remove and reinstall my battery - but this does not help. Any ideas on why I keep getting duplicate texts? Or how to make it stop?
Also - the alarm function will not work. Is this a known problem with the phone? Can something be done to rectify this?
