Text messages with prepaid

I am thinking about switching to Verizon Wireless. I have heard amazing things from people who have them already. Could you possibly put unlimited text with a pre-paid plan or is the only limited to contract plans? Thank you

yes you can add unlimited txt to your prepay. They have 2 pkgs, one is unlimited verizon to verizon and 250 to non verizon and the other is unlimited to anybody. Not sure what the prices are now. I switched to post pay a couple months ago.

Another question if you know.....how does the whole pre-pay work with Verizon. Do they have month to month, annual, or whenever your minutes run out.
