I have a Droid x2 and the screen is broken. It looks like white noise on the tv. Can I forward all my calls and text to another phone on my plan?
Diane123v, I love watching TV, but I certainly wouldn't want my phone to look like a broken one! Is your screen physically broken? If so, do you have insurance? You can forward calls by signing into your My Verizon account. Here are the steps:Click My Verizon > View All (under My Device). Click Set Up Call Forwarding (under Manage My Device). Enter the 10-digit phone number in the Forward Mobile Number to box and adjust the options as desired then click Set Up Call Forwarding.Once you receive a replacement, you can just dial *73 to disable the call forwarding.
