Depending on how your employer has their email service set up you may need to talk to your IT department directly to have them set it up. Also, if they're using a Blackberry Enterprise Server then you may need to change your data plan as well. The Enterprise Server solutions requires you to have the $44.99 data plan instead of $29.99.
So talk to your co-workers who may already have this set up and ask how they did it. Or ask your IT department directly to see what you need to do.
