Is mobile browsing affected by the 5GB cap?

I've been looking around google lately and I saw people saying that when they we're tethering their phones or using a EVDO modem, There is a 5GB bandwidth cap per month. I don't use an external device to tether my connection, I just use the enV Touch's browser and watch YouTube... But I've been looking around google to see if non-tethering is affected by the 5GB limit. So is there a limit?

For browsing directly on your mobile device (EnV Touch, Blackberry/Smartphone) there is NO 5GB cap. It is in fact truly unlimited. Besides 5GB is incredibly difficult to reach on a mobile device. More than likely you'll never even break 3GB.
