My wife has a Droid incredible and does show that she has low memory space on her phone and that an update needs to be installed, and nothing happens...
Can someone help me with this, I would really appreciate it...

Good morning eathan29! I can help with the software update! May I ask how much device memory is available on the phone? If more space is needed then she may have to delete some 3rd party apps and threaded text messages to complete the software update. Let me know if she is able to complete the process. ^AH
