Just recently my email app has stopped working. It won't refresh by itself and every time I do it, it says log in failed. So I tried to delete the account and it tells me Warning 401 0: unauthorized. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem. It has happened before and I did a factory reset and I would really like to avoid having to do that again.
