Bismarck, ND recently upgraded to 4G LTE network, but my Thunderbolt still hasn't made the switch from 3G to 4G. A guy that I work with has a Thunderbolt too and his network connection i was upgraded to 4G. I have tried to restart my phone a numerous of times but still nothing. What am I doing wrong? And does it take different amount of time for each phone to upgrade to 4G?
