Getting a weird text from 728

I get a weird text from number 728. That is the whole phone number. What does this mean and can I block them? Please help!!

I know that number 728 is for changing a ringback tone. do you have ringback tones enabled?

Yes, I use ringback tones. The message was a bunch of symbols.
