how do i get city id amd remover apps that i don't use

If anyone finds out how I can remove the city id please let me know! In the meantime I am filing a complaint with the FCC. I told Verizon I consider this harrassment! My free trial ended a year ago and at that time I opted out. All of a sudden 2 weeks ago I started getting messages on my phone and I only have the option of "now" or "later". If I select "now" it starts going through the process of me selecting the feature! By selecting "later" or pressing "end" it just keeps coming back. They know I mean it when I say I'm filing a report with the FCC because I've done it before. The FCC makes them answer the complaint!
+ 1 Ann: as Ann stated you can't remove it an getting upset won't help much as they won't remove it! Verizon nor the Fcc..
City ID after x amount of calls or days will finally give you the option to remove if you do not want it. Others, as they help you get a phone at a discounted price are there to stay, but you can delete the icon.
FCC does not care one iota about the issue and have stated as much
Budone i was thinking it was an Uninstallable app but now that you mentioned it! And the fact that it's not on my Maxx anymore it did drop off or will Sometime Soon! Lol this is to much for for a Dude to remember b33
